Accordingly, inquiries are considered selectively.

We welcome inquiries from institutional investors or their advisors where:

• U.S. investment is policy- or mandate-driven
• Capital scale is significant and errors are irreversible
• Independent go / no-go judgment is required before commitment
• Capital structure, governance, or execution risk materially affects payback
• Advisory independence and non-contingent fees are expected
   

This site is not intended for:

• investment solicitation or capital raising
• deal sourcing or transaction promotion
• brokerage representation
• success-fee or contingent advisory engagements
• retail or individual investment inquiries
